Return and Exchanges
YWBO will only accept returns or exchanges if the item you received is a defective or a wrong item - this is applicable to only regular priced items, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be unused and approved after the item has been returned and inspected.
If you receive a defective or a wrong item, please contact YWBO at info@justknowyouwillbeokay.com with the details of the item within the 30 days after your purchase.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. An email will be sent out to notify you throughout this whole process. Please check your bank account/ bank first, if there are any late or missing refund.
